Exhibition plans....

Well recently I set out to find a lenticular printer, and whilst this was doable the price unfortunately were not. Starting around £750 set up costs for the cheapest I found in the UK raising to around a £2000. With that idea out of the picture I have been left with the idea of creating the images digitally and using screens to display the images or creating a different style of print instead.

Now I am not so keen on the idea of digital images changing, as I think it would look to
gimmicky and detract from the images. However with a type of paper in mind that I have been
wanting to try for a while now.  I plan to do a small test print in the next few days and see what I think when the images are printed on the Kodak Metallic paper and also possibly the Fuji Super High Gloss
which seems to give a similar effect but also slightly different.

If these images come out how I am hoping and work with either of these paper types, the next step will to be choose on the final images, size and style in which they will be exhibited. At present I am
planning on 3 large prints around 24" wide, unframed and mounted on aluminium.
