*The issue being a misalignment on the cutter meaning, data from the "safe zone" was cut off, with my design I was lucky and these cards are now perfectly useable still.
Top Card with the white border is the new one, bottom one is the miscut.
Excuse the random bits on me desk, its a look in to the madness within.
I don't think many companies would have owned up to the mistake before the customer had even noticed, something that could of easily been there fault. Nor send out the first set of cards at no extra cost. As always the service from Moo.com has been excellent.
